Warranty Policy

 

1. Laminate desk tops have a 2 year limited warranty.

2. Desk frames have a 5 years limited warranty.

3. Motors and the Electrical components, have a 3 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Exception Policy

(Not covered by returns or exchange or warranty)

1. Custom desks sales are final.  Custom desks are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and the 30-day risk-free trial does not apply.

2. Discounted products are not returnable.

3. Normal wear and tear of the desktop or paint finish are not covered by warranty.

4. All adverse conditions resulting from the use of a cleaning chemical (alcohol, detergent, etc.) that damage the finish or working parts are not covered by warranty.

5. Scratches and dents resulting from a normal everyday use of the surfaces.

6. The discoloration of the desktop due to exposure to sunlight as well as deformation of the desktop due to water immersion, and the bending or damage of the desktop caused by the overloading  lift capacity are not covered by warranty.

7. Improper assembly or disassembly will void.

8. Any modifications to electronic components voids the warranty.

9. Any product that has been damaged by or subjected to misuse, abnormal handling or impact.
