Free pickup:
Free pick up and returns are available at our warehouse located in Cornwall Ontario, Canada


Shipping for United states of America:
Option 1: If you have over $1200 dollars of products in your shopping cart you are automatically
eligible for free shipping to any location in the contiguous United States of America.  Customs
duties and/or taxes may apply to your orders when entering the United States. 
Option 2: Please contact us with complete order details at info@outopdesign.com Include your
full shipping address, name and contact information.  We will generate a quote that includes all
duties and taxes and shipping  for you so you can accurately understand your total order costs. 


Return & Exchange Policy 

 

  1. We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee (The 30-day period starts from the date of shipping). Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

  2. If you want to return or exchange a product, please send your order number, full name, phone number, and proof of purchase to info@outopdesign.com before the end of the 30-day period and we will process your return or exchange.

  3. If this product is unassembled and in new condition in its original packaging you will be provided with a full refund or exchange. Customer is  responsible for the return shipping costs. To Avoid return shipping costs items may be returned to our warehouse in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada. 

  4. The desk needs to be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, or its equivalent.

  5. Please note that there’s always a risk that the desk gets damaged during shipping. Take pictures of the product (in and out of the packaging) before shipping it back with a carrier as proof of condition incase of damage during transit.

  6. If a product has been delivered by mistake or the product packaging is severely damaged when you receive the product, you must refuse to accept the package.

  7. If you receive a product that is damaged, take pictures of the damage and contact our customer service to arrange for an exchange for replacement parts.

  8. Please note that no returns will be accepted for our sit-stand desks after the 30-day risk-free trial period.
